What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary role will be to provide top-notch service to our customers. You will handle inbound contacts regarding online account queries, ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and all customer account queries are resolved efficiently. You will liaise with other departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Your commitment to staying updated with current promotional campaigns, rules, and procedures will contribute significantly to our goal of being the chosen provider for our customers.

* Servicing customer queries on a day-to-day basis

* Ensuring accounts are kept up-to-date and regulatory responsibilities are adhered to

* Working across many areas of the business

* Providing professional and friendly service via live chat, telephone and email

* Accurately recording data, including adjustments, closures, and other processes

* Resolving all customer account queries efficiently and in a timely manner

* Liaising internally with other departments to resolve customer queries

* Promptly raising any escalations to maintain customer satisfaction

* Staying up to date with current promotional campaigns, rules, and procedures
