We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team, who specialise in working with vulnerable individuals. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide vital support and excellent customer service to those who need it most.

Could you be the next Customer Service Administrator for our wonderful client?

Contract Type: Permanent - working from the Warrington office.

Working Pattern: Part Time, working different days throughout the week, including weekend work. Hours vary in the initial training period.

Hourly Rate: 12.21

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide information, support, and assistance to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries
  • Coordinate with team to ensure the overall well-being of customers
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation for customers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a similar environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with vulnerable populations
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
