Job Title: Temporary Inbound Customer Service and Sales Advisor Location: Birchwood - 100% office based Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with every other Saturday morning (rotating shift pattern) Salary: £24,500 per annum (pro-rata) + commission (average £400/month for most advisors) Overview: Our client in Birchwood is currently looking for a Temporary Inbound Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join their team during their peak period. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service while also handling sales opportunities in a supportive, non-pushy manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle 100% inbound calls relating to billing queries, service inquiries, pricing requests, and general customer service questions. Enter accurate and detailed information into the in-house system. Address customer concerns and complaints with the utmost professionalism and care, ensuring a positive experience. Take product orders from customers, prepare pricing, and guide them through the ordering process. Earn commission based on the orders you process (average £400/month). Ensure all customer interactions are handled to a high standard, leaving the customer satisfied with their experience. Essential Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or sales (inbound or similar roles). Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach to customer interactions. Strong attention to detail and the ability to input data accurately. Ability to stay calm and composed when dealing with customer concerns or complaints. Comfortable handling basic sales tasks without aggressive upselling, ensuring a positive customer experience. Must be able to attend an in-person interview in Birchwood on Thursday, 9th January at 12:00 PM and bring your passport and right to work documentation. Additional Information: Successful candidates will need to pass a DBS check before starting the role. You will work with a supportive team and be an integral part of helping manage the high volume of calls during a busy period.
