Our client, a Chemical Manufacturing company are currently recruiting for a Trainee Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

As a Trainee Customer Service Administrator, you will be working closely with a variety of different departments, ensuring that the customers' requirements are met.

As the Trainee Customer Service Administrator, your duties will be: -
" Answering the telephone courteously and promptly.
" Dealing with enquiries in a prompt manner.
" Processing accurate sales orders
" Liaising with different departments, obtaining update on customer orders
" Other general Customer Service / Administrative duties
