- A starting basic salary of £24,000 - £28,000 (D.O.E) plus uncapped quarterly bonus and annual salary reviews

- Experience working as a Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Agent, Collections Agent, Debt Recovery Advisor, Litigation Advisor or similar roles
- Education to GCSE level
