Collecting funds on behalf of the company's clients
Handling high volume inbound calls to collect debt owed
Ensuring all administration is completed accurately
Providing each customer with an excellent service
Adhering to compliance and regulations
Demonstrating resilience and adaptability on each call

The ideal Collections Advisor, will have:

Experience working as a Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Agent, Collections Agent, Debt Recovery Advisor, Litigation Advisor or similar roles
Education to GCSE level
A clear credit record and an enhanced DBS check
