  • Collecting funds on behalf of the company's clients
  • Handling high volume inbound calls to collect debt owed
  • Ensuring all administration is completed accurately
  • Providing each customer with an excellent service
  • Adhering to compliance and regulations
  • Demonstrating resilience and adaptability on each call

The ideal Collections Advisor, will have:
  • Experience working as a Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Agent, Collections Agent, Debt Recovery Advisor, Litigation Advisor or similar roles
  • Education to GCSE level
  • A clear credit record and an enhanced DBS check
