Highly regarded main contractor are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This company work across refurbishment and fitout projects across the North of England.
Duties
- Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation andmanagementof documents.
- To control the sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
- Liaising with the Design Managers and various internal departments
- Supporting sub-contractors with inductions, timesheets, health and safety among other things
- Other administration duties to support the project team
Experience required
- Our client is ideally looking for someone who has worked in the construction / civil engineering sector
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Document Controller required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Software: Procore or Viewpoint experience desirable
- Salary dependant on experience
