Full Time Chef
Britannia Hotels are looking for a detail-oriented Chef to work to work at the Britannia Daresbury Park Hotel.
Daresbury Park Hotel is located just a 3-minute drive from the M56 and offering easy access to Chester, Liverpool, and Manchester.This stylish hotel boasts 228 modern bedrooms along with our Steam, Bake and Grill Restaurant, 5 conference rooms that can cater up to 350 delegates and a Health and Leisure club.

Your main duties would include:
- Top-Quality Food Production:Maintain the highest standards of food production and presentation within the hotel, ensuring adherence to menu specifications and departmental Standards of Performance.
- Food Hygiene Compliance:Strictly follow Food Hygiene Regulations, keeping departmental checklists and guidelines for food production and storage up to date, monitored, and actioned.
- Maintain working environment:Ensure the kitchen environment remains clean, safe, and organised.
- Collaborate on Menus:Work closely with Head Chef to develop and implement promotional ideas, such as specials, seasonal dishes, and special occasion menus.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a busy hotel kitchen, a keen eye for detail, and take pride in their work.
