Allen & York are excited to be working with a creative, forward-thinking environmental consultancy, providing environmental advice and design solutions to a variety of clients.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Flood Risk and Drainage Graduate/Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented and dedicated team where you can develop your career!

You'll need to hold relevant, appropriate qualifications and have experience of preparing and producing FRAs and Drainage Strategies. With a solid understanding and experience of using drainage modelling software, such as InfoDrainage, you'll be skilled in using AutoCAD and GIS and have a good working knowledge of the planning system, in particular flood related policy and guidance such as the NPPF and SuDS Manual. An excellent communicator, you'll be able to write clear and concise reports, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

A basic understanding of Tuflow, Flood Modeller, FEH or river restoration would be advantageous to this role.
