As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a vital role in the Engineering & Manufacturing department of an industry-leading Industrial / Manufacturing firm. You will be primarily tasked with designing, developing and maintaining electrical control systems and components to required specifications.

Description

As the Electrical Design Engineer you will be tasked with the following;

  • Designing and developing electrical systems and components, ensuring they meet customer and company requirements for highly regulated sectors.
  • Analysing existing systems for improvement, making use of new technologies where possible.
  • Coordinating with other members of the Engineering & Manufacturing department to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Overseeing project production efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.
  • Providing technical support to team members and project leads.
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Profile

A successful Electrical Design Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Electrical manufacturing processes.
