About the Role

An experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer is needed to lead and deliver technical activities on complex projects. You will manage engineering designs, solve technical challenges, and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Act as a technical authority, resolving issues and maintaining design integrity.
  • Produce, review, and approve calculations, analyses, drawings, and technical reports.
  • Manage risks and ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
  • Support project planning, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to safety assessments, process improvements, and lessons learned initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

  • Engineering degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer status or actively working toward it.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience handling complex engineering tasks across various projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Membership in a relevant professional institute or eligibility for registration with the Engineering Council.
  • Experience managing engineering scope from concept design to full Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).
  • Broad experience across commercial or defense projects.
