Our client is looking for a Training & Events Coordinator for their training and consultancy business. This is an excellent opportunity to join an entrepreneurial organisation.

This role will report to the MD and you will be responsible for:

  • Operational sand administration support of events and training programmes throughout the year as well as their flagship event annually.
  • Work with defined internal and external stakeholders, clients and service providers to ensure great planning, alignment, visibility, communication and execution within defined budget parameters.
  • Keep the MD and other key stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Attend some of the events as and when required.

Ideally you will be experienced in the following areas:

  • Administration, Organisation and Planning.
  • Dealing with internal and external stakeholders and third-party service providers.
  • Coordination and delivery of events or training programmes ranging from <10 to <50 delegates.
  • Working remotely supported by strong communication, personal productivity routines and the use of remote working tools and systems (e.g. Zoom (or similar), Google Docs, etc.)
  • A passion for teamwork, customer satisfaction and attention to detail.

This role will come with a salary of 25k-30k, can be full or part time and allows flexible and remote working arrangements.
