This team serves as the primary point of contact for customers who have received Debt Recovery Letters, handling tasks such as processing payments, setting up payment arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries.The ideal candidate will be a Contact Centre Team Leader with collections experience and possess a strong understanding of departmental processes and compliance requirements.The Role

  • Ensure agents are meeting required KPI
  • Ensure all agents meet required compliance standards
  • Ensure agents provide debtors with the required information, utilising client systems and available evidence to maximise the collection opportunity.
