Position: Commercial Finance Director

They are known for their innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions. We are recruiting a Commercial Finance Director to join their dynamic team and drive their financial strategy forward.
Role Overview: This highly commercial role requires a strategic and experienced finance professional to partner with the Commercial Director. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated commercial finance team, implement world-class pricing methods, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and significantly contribute to the company's sales strategy and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to develop and execute sales strategies that enhance revenue growth and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial finance team, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Pricing Strategy: Design and implement competitive pricing strategies to improve profitability.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders, offering financial insights and guidance to support strategic initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Significant experience in a senior commercial finance role within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successful business partnering with commercial teams.
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Expertise in pricing strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
