This Finance Business Partner role will work closely with the operational team, building relationships internally and providing analysis / insight to support with future commercial decision making.

Description

Partner with the operations team to drive business performance
Conduct strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios and challenges
Identify and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

A relevant qualification
Business partnering experience gained in a medium / large business
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Excel
