Accountable Executive are delighted to be partnering with a unique entrepreneurial manufacturing business as they seek to appoint an experienced Finance Director to take them through a period of fast growth and expansion.
Based in Warrington you will be setting up the finance team and systems, whilst being a key partner to the business owners, as they embark upon this exciting period of growth in their business lifecycle.
Salary/benefits:
- £120-140k

Job Duties:
- Lead on the financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost control to maximise profitability.
- Manage banking and funding relationships
- Ensure accurate financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and manage internal controls and risk management strategies.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making across the business.
- Build, manage and mentor a small finance team.
Ideal experience
- CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified accountant
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous operational/manufacturing/FMCG type experience
