Client Details

I'm currently working with an international, FTSE100 business to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. With lots of interesting and exciting projects happening over the next 18 months, my client are on the lookout for someone self-sufficient who can lead a team and improve processes across the finance function.

Description

Managing a team of Junior Accountants, your role as Finance Manager will play a key part in ensuring the financial health of the business whilst supporting strategic goals.

As well as upskilling the team, you will be responsible for improving operational processes and acting as number 2 to lead on systems, month end reporting, budgeting & forecasting and creating detailed analysis for the board.

Profile

  • This role is ideal for someone with indsutry experience who is comfortable to managing a small team
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in financial reporting and management accounting
  • People management experience desireable
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
