Description
- Managing the financial activities of the department.
- Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Providing financial advice and guidance to the organisation's leadership.
- Ensuring financial risks are identified and managed appropriately.
- Contributing to the development of the organisation's strategic plans.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Qualified through experience or formal accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA, AAT)
- Experience in financial management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
Job Offer
