This newly established role is perfect for a Group Finance Manager eager to step up into an FD position. The Managing Director, who has been overseeing the accounts, is now ready to pass the reins as the business expands. You'll have full support from the MD, who provides guidance without hovering, and brings a light-hearted touch to the team-creating a collaborative and enjoyable working atmosphere.
As Group Finance Manager you will be responsible for the financial planning, management, and reporting across the group's entities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting strategic business growth. This role includes overseeing, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial risk management, and ensuring the overall financial stability of the group.
You'll be a confident, proactive team player who thrives in a lively, dynamic office environment. With a strong accounting background in an SME setting, you'll be experienced in independently managing the entire finance function. Beyond your technical skills, you bring enthusiasm for growth and a genuine desire to advance alongside the business as it evolves.
