The ideal Debt Recovery Advisor will have:
  • Experience working as a Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre Agent, Collections Agent, Debt Recovery Advisor, Recovery Agent, Litigation Advisor or similar roles.
  • Education to GCSE level.
  • A clear credit record and an enhanced DBS check.
