Tallgrass Recruitment is partnering with a market-leading Broker in to expand their team by seeking a qualified 2nd Charge Case Manager to join their growing organisation.

Overview of a 2nd Charge Case Manager:

As a 2nd Charge Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company's lending operations, ensuring the efficient processing of 2nd charge loan applications. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of lending processes, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Evaluation: Evaluate and process second charge loan applications in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation Review: Review applicant documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to facilitate a smooth and timely loan approval process.
  • File Management: Maintain accurate and organised loan files, tracking the progress of applications from submission to funding.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors to obtain necessary documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Loan Processor or Case Manager, with a focus on 2nd charge loans.
  • In-depth knowledge of lending processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
