Description
Duties of the HR Administrator:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and issuing relevant correspondence
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and employee files
- Manage and respond to HR-related queries
- Assist with the organisation of HR-related events
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- Experience in a HR Adminsitration role
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
