An HR Administrator role in a growing property firm based in Warrington. The HR Administrator will be responsible for the delivery of a professional, internal customer focused HR service to deliver the agreed People Plan in support of the business plan.

Description

Duties of the HR Administrator:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and issuing relevant correspondence
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and employee files
  • Manage and respond to HR-related queries
  • Assist with the organisation of HR-related events
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
