Are you an IT Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We're searching for a proactive and technically skilled IT Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, and on-premises infrastructure to join our growing team in Warrington.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing hands-on support and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, and on-prem environments.* Managing server infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.* Deploying, configuring, and maintaining Azure services (VMs, Intune, Azure AD, Virtual Networks).* Supporting desktop, networking, and security solutions, ensuring system stability and performance.* Working on cloud migration projects, upgrades, and new technology implementations.* Providing technical guidance to end-users and internal teams.* Ensuring compliance with security best practices and data protection policies.* Acting as an escalation point for 1st & 2nd line teams, delivering efficient resolutions.
What You'll Bring to the Team
* Strong experience in Microsoft 365 & Azure Cloud (Azure AD, Intune, Virtual Machines, Exchange Online).* Solid on-premises IT skills, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.* Experience with networking (firewalls, VPNs, switching, VLANs).* Exposure to virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and backup solutions.* Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and implement IT solutions effectively.* Excellent communication and customer service skills, working with users at all levels.* Full UK driving license (desirable for occasional site visits).
