Main Purpose of Job:

Join our dynamic case management team as an Occupational Health Administrator. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all counselling cases are matched effectively, aligning with our contractual obligations. You'll play a vital role in connecting individuals with the right counsellor to meet their unique needs while monitoring the ongoing activity of each case.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of occupational health assessments and screenings.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee health data in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee health inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on health statistics and trends for management review.
  • Support the Occupational Health team in various projects and initiatives aimed at promoting employee wellness.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health regulations and policies.
  • Assist in training staff on occupational health protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to facilitate health-related programmes and activities.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Highly organised and process-driven, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in data entry, administration, and diary management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
