HSEQ Manager
Location: North/Northwest
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus package – pension, medical, car allowance and more (please inquire)
Type: Full Time – Permanent

We are seeking a passionate HSEQ Manager to take lead in supporting infrastructure and utilities projects to ensure compliance with Health, Safety Environmental & Quality Management Systems. You will be working with multi-disciplinary teams and reporting directly to the Head of HSEQ assisting site teams & managers by identifying hazards & minimizing risks. This role requires you the be disciplined in ensuring strict adherence to legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Occupational Health & Wellbeing.
• Provide consistent and accurate HSEQ advice and support.
• Produce regional HSEQ statistics, identify trends, and implement proactive initiatives.
• Line manage HSEQ Advisors, mentoring for professional development.
• Collaborate with clients and attend HSEQ forums.
• Communicate HSEQ alerts and support the production of monthly HSEQ performance statistics.
• Conduct accident/incident investigations and identify root causes.
• Perform regular HSEQ inspections and ensure compliance.
• Manage facilities management support at regional company premises.

Requirements:
• 5 years' experience in HSEQ within a civil engineering setting
• Chartered Environmentalist with the CEnv. registration or aiming towards chartership (desirable)
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH Diploma IEMA status (mandatory)
• Strong ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels within the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• CSCS Safety Professional Card
• Deep enthusiasm and commitment to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality excellence
• Demonstrates leadership by setting a positive example and fostering a culture of best practices.

The ideal candidate will not only be passionate about ensuring full compliance but also have a proven track record of going above and beyond and exceeding minimal expectations of Healthy & Safety. You will be required to travel across 3 key locations in the North as such a Driving Licence is imperative.
