What is the purpose of the Learning and Development Administrator role?
Responsible for providing an end to end service for business users, relating to training requests for mandatory and development training. As part of a team, you will manage requests from around the business, either directly or through the SAP LMS system. You will facilitate delegates training through scheduling courses and updating training records. You will be responsible for the procurement and payment for external training using the SAP supply chain system.

- Location: Lingley Mere Business Park, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3LP
- Contract: temporary 6 month assignment
- Hourly pay rate: £14.31 per hour
- Working hours: 29.5 hours per week across 4 days (Monday and Wednesday mandatory days)
- Start date: end of November
What will your day look like in this role (including but not limited to)?
- Ensuring adequate scheduling of training events is carried out to meet the demand from the business
- Ensure mailboxes, SharePoints and Intranet pages are maintained
- Provide first line advice and support regarding courses and events
- Respond to complex queries relating to training issues from employees and line managers
- Responding to issues found with the SAP LMS system/ESS and MSS and escalating appropriately
What you'll need to be successful in the role?
- Good communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written
- Must be computer literate with expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be customer focused and service driven
- Understanding of key legislation - Data protection Act / Health & Safety legislation
- Must have basic level of education (5 GCSE’S / O’Levels, including Maths and English) or equivalent
