End-to-End Training Management: Be the hero behind the scenes, handling training requests from start to finish.

  • SAP LMS Mastery: Navigate the SAP LMS system like a pro, scheduling courses and updating records with ease.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, book, and reschedule training events, ensuring everything is perfectly aligned.
  • Procurement & Payments: Manage the procurement process and handle payments for external training seamlessly.
  • Efficient Scheduling: Keep our training calendar full and organised to meet the demands of the business.
  • Communication Hub: Maintain mailboxes, SharePoints, and Intranet pages, keeping everyone informed.
  • First-Line Support: Provide top-notch advice and support for all training-related queries.
  • Data Accuracy: Input and manage data in the Learning Management System with precision.
  • Issue Resolution: Tackle any issues with the SAP LMS system and escalate when necessary.
  • Evaluation Administration: Oversee the course evaluation process to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Audit Support: Contribute to audits and ensure compliance with all standards.
  • Agency & Contractor Training: Manage training requests for agency-supplied workers and contractors.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse training data to provide insightful reports for L&D and HRSS.
  • Certification Management: Ensure employees stay certified for mandatory and Health & Safety training.
  • Database Maintenance: Keep the EUSR Water Hygiene Database up to date.
  • Certificate Issuance: Issue training certificates and skills cards promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate training records and tracking sheets.
  • Secure Data Management: Uphold data protection standards at all times.
  • Tech Savvy: Utilise Microsoft Office Suite efficiently.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
  • Third-Party Interaction: Work seamlessly with suppliers and auditors.
