You will take full ownership of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of the HR function, from hands-on operational HR to strategic HR management
  • Lead employee relations, providing advice and guidance to employees and management teams
  • Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Support managers with recruitment, development, and retention activities
  • Conduct training needs analysis and arrange external training
  • Review and enhance employee engagement strategies and drive continuous performance improvements
  • Oversee HR administration

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar stand alone HR role
  • A track record of delivering change programs to align staff, teams, and company goals
  • CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential - hands-on experience highly valued
  • Ability to work 5 days on site in Warrington
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
