We are currently partnering with an ambitious start-up in the healthcare sector. Having quickly established a national customer-base, they are disrupting a market that had been monopolised by much larger players. They are achieving this through innovative technology and software solutions, and a mission-led impact. With demand for their services increasing, they are seeking to appoint a HR Manager.

This is a stand-alone role for a true Generalist, that will draw upon your extensive operational HR experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a calmness in an ever-changing environment and resilience. The business has private equity backing, a headcount of 70 FTE’s and the role is envisaged to be 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will be handling recruitment, employee relations, policy creation, payroll/benefits oversight, and sometimes L&D and compliance. The business aspires for significant growth, expanding its services and workforce. This trajectory offers HR professionals the chance to contribute to and shape the company's evolving culture and practices. ? You will also present insights and recommendations for enhancing HR processes and employee engagement.
