Sonic Summary

The company is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for their Warrington office in the North West, with travel to various sites.
Candidates should ideally have a CIPD level 5 qualification and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
The HR Advisor will provide first-line support on employee relations matters and assist with key HR projects.
Strong communication skills, IT literacy, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team are essential for this role.
A full UK driving license is required, and the compensation package includes a car or car allowance.

Overview

We are currently expanding our team and require anexperiencedHR Advisor for the North West to be based in our Warrington (WA3) office with some travel requirements to sites. (Car or car allowance is part of the package)

CIPD level 5 is highly preferred.

The successful applicant will be the first line support for the regional North West office offering guidance and support on all ER matters and assisting with key HR business projects.

Suitable candidates for the role ofHR Advisorwill also have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills and be IT literate
Ability to coach and support effectively
Enjoy working on projects
Resilience and flexibility to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Full UK driving license
