Overview
We are currently expanding our team and require anexperiencedHR Advisor for the North West to be based in our Warrington (WA3) office with some travel requirements to sites. (Car or car allowance is part of the package)
CIPD level 5 is highly preferred.
The successful applicant will be the first line support for the regional North West office offering guidance and support on all ER matters and assisting with key HR business projects.
Suitable candidates for the role ofHR Advisorwill also have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and be IT literate
- Ability to coach and support effectively
- Enjoy working on projects
- Resilience and flexibility to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Full UK driving license
