Business Support Administrator Warrington (WA3) up to £32,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to join a leading company who are recruiting a brand-new role, to join a longstanding steam within Sales Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the Department with a particular emphasis on tender application and completing.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customer enquiry calls. Re-direct the customer call to Customer Service or Technical Service if appropriate, to resolve the customer query.
  • Record details of all tender submissions.
  • Prepare all quotes including general, renewal, rental proposals.
  • Compile, format and file letters as required.
  • Send out via post / email product update letters and mailshots.
  • Maintain training records for Training Modules and lunchtime presentations.
  • Update annual price lists and issue to Area Account Managers.
  • Format, update, laminate, bind operating manuals as required.
  • Create, update and issue quote templates and letter templates to Area Account Managers.
  • Complete and return SQs, tender documentation and supporting documentation as per ISO procedures.
  • Ensure controlled documents are kept up to date.
  • Maintain and update generic T&T information for tenders and update tender appendices template.
  • Keep stocks of promotional material and order from SAP CRM, as necessary.
  • Maintain promotional giveaways stock level with other Sales Coordinators and Financial Controller.
  • Raise purchase orders and cheque requests as necessary.
  • Producing monthly reports from Area Account Managers and Application Specialists and distributing a copy of each report to the General Manager by 1st Monday of each month.
  • Organise venues, coordinate and attend sales meetings as requested to take minutes.
  • Organise and co-ordinate customer seminars, including booking hotel, taxis, lunches, preparing training manuals etc
  • Arrange shipping of analysers with third party delivery partners.

Skills required:

  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing environment
  • Negotiation capabilities
  • Successful candidate must possess Extensive administrative skills.
  • Confident in using all Microsoft Packages
  • Experience in co-ordinating tenders Extremely desirable.

What is on offer?

Hours of work: 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday) with 1 hour lunch

After successful 6-month probation up to 2 days working from home
