Reed Talent Solutions are working with United Utilities on the search for a Support Services Analyst to join a growing Support Services team at their Lingley Mere Business Park.

We have a great opportunity for a Support Services Analyst to join the Support Services Team. Reporting into the Response Centre Leader, you will become part of the ICC family. Working closely with several high performing teams in a fast paced, reactive environment.

The role of Support Services Analyst includes extensive system checking and being commercially aware to identify errors within INS. You will also ensure that all Service Level Agreements are adhered to when raising both internal and external works. In addition, you'll respond to network and field queries and support during incidents, System Down and CMEX submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering queries via Case actions and emails.
  • Responding to queries from Field staff and ICC teams.
  • Contacting customers to arrange appointments following External Works being carried out.
  • Hourly INS checks to pick up and amend errors in work raised, both internal and external.
  • Processing 3rd Party Damage claims.

  • Working hours: Rota consisting of shift work between the hours of 07:00-22:00 and working one in six weekends.
