Your Impact

As an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be at the heart of assembly operations, ensuring seamless production, launching new products, and implementing best-in-class manufacturing processes. From technical feasibility studies to optimising cycle times, your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our operations.

What You'll Be Doing

? Champion Manufacturing Excellence - Implement best practices aligned with PO group standards, driving innovation and efficiency.

? Problem Solver - Lead 8D processes to tackle customer concerns and implement effective solutions.

? Innovate & Improve - Drive process optimisation, reduce cycle times, enhance manpower efficiency, and elevate process capability.

? Optimise & Streamline - Identify cost-saving opportunities, improve layouts, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

? Collaborate & Lead - Work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing enhancements.

? Ensure Compliance - Maintain adherence to company standards and legislative requirements while keeping standardised work instructions up to date.

What You Bring

?? ideally a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).

?? Hands-on experience in automotive assembly production with a strong grasp of lean manufacturing tools.

?? Proven ability to lead workshops and process improvement activities.

?? Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills (FMEA, PSA3, 8D methodologies).

?? Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Access.

?? Self-motivated, autonomous, and results-driven.
