Role: In House Corporate SolicitorLocation: South Manchester ( 2 days in office)Salary: £65k - £85k DOE  New in-house opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join an International business in South Manchester  Joining a multi-disciplinary in-house team comprising Commercial & Corporate, you'll support another experienced Corporate Solicitor on a wide range of ongoing acquisitions the business is completing. Applications are invited from Corporate Solicitors with 3 years PQE upwards.  The role will provide the opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to act on M&A transactions as part of a dedicated acquisitions team, whilst also contributing to the day to day workload of the in-house team. It’s a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to get large scale exposure to an excellent mix of in-house legal matters, whilst acting on quality Corporate transactions, in both the UK and Internationally.  The ideal candidate will responsible for handling a steady flow of Corporate Transactions across the Group, forming a key part of a project team who identify, plan and deliver on strategic targets to grow the business. You will negotiate key documents, advise business areas on a variety of corporate and project related matters, manage external counsel, and ensure a smooth transition post acquisition.
