Co-ordinate, plan and control all transport movements of our customers' forklift trucks and auxiliary items." Communicating with customers to establish expectations for appropriate delivery dates." Liaise with internal departments and centres to arrange additional services which may be required." Maintain relationships and build strong communication between both customer, supplier and stakeholders." Deal promptly with customer enquiries or problems and refer to any complex matters to their leader." Provide a high level of support to Customers in respect of information and documentation as requested.The successful Transport Co-ordinator will have the following skills: -" Excellent communication skills including friendly telephone manner." Strong organisational skills and attention to detail." Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel." Problem solving skills." Good relationship building skills."
