Responsible for the control and management of all destructive and non-destructive testing activities
Production of testing strategy documentation to optimise the number of tests required
Managing test houses
Final sign off of test products (FAT) prior to shipping
Knowledge and application of all test standards ensuring test house compliance.

Assurance EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience in configuration management and destructive testing
Good knowledge of test environments
Working knowledge of technical standards for design and testing
Understanding of load paths, failure modes, and operating limits of steel structures
Ability to write technical specifications
