What You Will Do:

- Ensure compliance with Corporate and Division HSE objectives and requirements, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

- Guarantee parts are produced to meet customer specifications and expectations, upholding the company's commitment to quality.

- Lead and implement the plant progress plan, fostering staff involvement and overseeing specific follow-up activities.

- Conduct daily production meetings, adjusting resources as necessary and ensuring the effectiveness of corrective actions.

- Manage the painting area's internal organization, including maintenance and cleanliness, to uphold high operational standards.

- Propose and deliver the operating budget, demonstrating financial acumen and resource management skills.

What You Will Bring:

- An Engineering Degree, with a specialization in Chemical Engineering considered a plus.

- Proven experience in quality, supply chain/flows management best practices.

- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and developing a team to achieve excellence.

- Excellent command of English, able to communicate effectively at all levels.
