CJC are currently on the look out for a Operation Manager on behalf of our large property services clients. A successfull candidate will be anmbitious and primarily come from a social housing or contractor background. This role will be 90% 0ffice based with a 4-6k car allowance and branch bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all supervisors and foreman have the relevant experience and ability to manage their allocated projects.
- Ensure all supervisors and foreman are trained in aspects of health and safety relevant to their job role.
- Ensure that supervisory staff are familiar and have a reasonable understanding ofHealth and Safety policies, procedures, safe working practices and risk assessments.
- Review safety plan and safe systems of work and ensure implementation on all projects
- All new projects should be allocated a management team.
- Ensure each project and team has a nominated Contracts Manager and supervisor/foreman/site manager to enable full time
- Assist with the mobilisation and setup of all projects.
- Larger projects should have a Mobilisation plan established and followed.
Requirements:
- Experiance in a similar role
- Experiance in social housing and/or contracting
- Relevant qualifications
- Driving licence
