- Work with our Operations Manager to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and curate content across all social media channels including Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and videos tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and senior leadership team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
- Track and report on social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging platforms to keep the company at the forefront of social media trends.
