Job Title: Workshop Assembler
Location: Warrington (WA4 6PS)
Salary: £13.20 per hour
Shifts: Monday- Thursday 08:00- 16:45, Fridays 08:00- 13:00
Contract Type: Temp- Perm
Our client, a local manufacturing company and supplier of soft play and family entertainment centres, are looking to recruit a Workshop Assembler to join their busy finishing team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development, quality and functionality of electronic/electrical products as well as cutting and assembling of various wooden structures.
As a Workshop Assembler your duties will be:
- Work with electrical components in the wiring and soldering of complete assemblies.
- Operate power tools for specific assembly tasks.
- Assisting with the crafting of soft play centres.
- Use of hand tools and jigsaw.
- Operating woodworking machines.
- Cut and assemble wooden components for structure.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials and finished products.
The successful Workshop Assembler will have the following skills:
- Previous experience in timber product manufacturing.
- Ability to operate power tools.
- Electrical aptitude for accurate component assembly.
- Some experience in electronics would be required.
- Good attention to detail.
- Work well as part of team.
