Job Title: Planner
Location: Warrington
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planner to join one of the leading Tier 1 Contractors in the UK.
With an annual turnover in excess of 500m they specialise in a variety of sectors which include the residential, education, healthcare, retail, leisure and commercial sectors, with projects ranging in value from 1m - 100m.
Due to their continued success and growth across the northern division they are now looking for a Planner to join their team in Warrington.
The role - Planner
As a Planner you will be a key part of the team working across a variety of fit out projects valued anywhere between 20k - 25m for banking, retail and commercial offices and you will be responsible for the following duties (including but not limited to):
- Assist the planning process for both pre and post contract work, delivering solutions across the business.
- Responsible for planning resource levels
- Work closely with the site team
- Adhere to business operating framework guidelines and company programming, planning and progress reporting best practice procedures
- Keep records and maintain "as-built" programmes
Required experience as a Planner?
- Relevant industry qualification (HNC/Degree)
- Previous experience working within a main contractor
- Ideally have experience in fit out / refurb or new build construction
- At least 2- 5 years experience
