Multi Skilled Plumber

Job Description:

As a Multi Skilled Plumber, you will play a pivotal role in fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair projects. Tasks will include plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance work, and general building tasks such as tiling, patch plastering, and more. You will be required to work across the North West.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in social housing.
• Residency in close proximity to our business operations.
• NVQ certification is preferable.
• Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
• Strong communication skills.
• Competency in basic joinery, plastering, tiling, and other related maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake various plumbing tasks including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Carry out additional works such as patch plastering, tiling, joinery, and general property maintenance.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
• Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
