Trident Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Locum Pharmacy Technician to join a dynamic team within an NHS department. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of prescriptions and ensure compliance with legal and professional requirements.
- Provide advice and support to patients regarding their medications.
- Maintain accurate records and manage stock levels.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in the training and development of pharmacy staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Pharmacy Services or equivalent.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Previous experience in a hospital or community pharmacy setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
