Occupational Therapist  
Salary - £42,293 per annum
Location - Cheshire-Warrington
Hours - Permanent, 39 hours per week

Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist, to work within a mental health rehabilitation service.  From April the service will be de-registered from a hospital and will become a residential unit.

As the Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a person-centred occupational therapy support for people with severe and enduring complex mental health needs, learning disabilities and other associated disabilities. You'll provide leadership and management to your team, continuously identifying their training and development needs to ensure they can deliver the best possible care.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC Pin Registration number
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 1 year of working as an occupational therapist  
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
