Your Role as Product Assistant:
  • Own the critical path-you'll ensure the entire process runs smoothly from start to finish, providing vital support to the product developers
  • Manage purchase orders with accuracy, keeping things running like clockwork for the merchandising and product teams
  • Dive into trend research and keep your finger on the pulse of new product development
  • React quickly to trading shifts and support the team with key insights on product performance
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to pass on key product details and handle sample management
  • Ensure that the right SKU and barcode information is always up to date and accurate
  • Track and manage samples-be the go-to person for internal teams when it comes to product movement
  • Build weekly comp shop reports and share them across the teams, ensuring everyone stays informed and ahead of the curve
  • Keep everything organised-manage swatches, lap dips, and other critical product info from suppliers
