Project Manager required to join a UK leading FM company. The Project Manager will be leading a team of engineers across the Northwest England region, overseeing their duties and ensuring highest standard of service is delivered. You will drive team performance and development whilst offering technical support and assigning tasks to engineers.
Candidates applying will have a proven track record in M&E disciplines and a strong understanding of the facilities management/commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of engineers, allocating workload and providing technical support.
- Oversee team development, including hiring, appraisals, and coaching.
- Coordinate reactive calls, enforce SLAs, manage maintenance plans, and oversee projects.
- Collaborate with engineers to schedule works and review completed tasks.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Building Services/Facilities Management Industry
- Technical expertise in mechanical or electrical trades
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing the engineering workforce.
