Ionic Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Faades Project Manager in Warrington.

Our client is a leading building envelope contractor, specialising in cladding and remediation works. They have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects within the faade sector and are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to lead faade projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Role Overview:

As a Faades Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of cladding and remediation projects from start to finish. You will oversee all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing cladding and faade remediation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Leading site teams and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensuring projects comply with all relevant health & safety regulations.
Conducting progress reviews, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to mitigate delays.
Managing project finances, cost control, and reporting to senior management.
Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the faades, cladding, or building envelope sector.
Strong technical knowledge of faade systems, cladding, and remediation works.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with budget management and project scheduling.
Relevant construction qualifications (preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

60,000 - 70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
