Our client is a leading consultancy in the water industry and they are looking for a Project Manager capable of ensuring on time delivery of a water treatment project in Chesire.
My client is open to applications from those seeking both Long Contract and Permanent positions.
Project Management Duties:
Management of the commercial team with site change control and ensuring all cost, value and change control is captured in line with the contract.
Management of subcontractors and site personnel
Ensure the correct RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and H&S documentation are in place prior to work commencing
Develop and manage the programme to ensure that critical deadlines and budgets are met
Demonstrate value engineering throughout the delivery
Manage documentation for quality assurance and Health and Safety files
Chair monthly progress meetings with clients and stakeholders
Act as representative for the business at all times.
Ensure timely and profitable delivery of projects in your remit
Manage a team of Site Agents, Sub Agents and Engineers
