I am currently seeking Assistant and Project Quantity Surveyors across Warrington, Birmingham, Hertfordshire and South West for my well renowned client within the construction industry. We have a number of opportunities available currently.
They are a market leader in the delivery of highways and street lighting term maintenance contracts. We build strong collaborative relationships with our clients to drive improvements and efficiency in all our activities.
You will be responsible for all allocated commercial and contractual matters on the contract and should be able to effectively manage an assistant surveyor to successfully deliver the project.
You will hold an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
Adequate experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and/or Quantity Surveyor is essential for your application to be considered
