This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and creative professional with a passion for food development, trend analysis, and bringing new products to market.
What You'll Be Doing:
-Researching and developing high-quality products from concept to launch
-Identifying new market opportunities to drive business growth
-Collaborating with internal teams & retailers to develop winning products
-Representing the company at trade shows & industry events
-Leading taste panels and benchmarking against competitors
What We're Looking For:
-Proven experience in food retail & NPD, ideally in chilled & frozen categories
-A creative thinker with a track record of successful product innovation
-Strong communication & storytelling skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver results
