Service Delivery Transport Scheduler
Our client, a highly regarded organization based in Birchwood, is seeking a Service Delivery Transport Scheduler to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure a fully compliant and efficient transport service
- Update customer reports and records
- Handle inbound calls and provide support
- Schedule and allocate transport for service users
- Regularly monitor the customer portal for updates
- Upload travel requests to meet KPI requirements
- Effectively manage your own workload
About You:
- All candidates will undergo a legal vetting process
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Outstanding time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm / 9 am – 5 pm
